CarolWEAVER (Thomas)Passed away at home on Sunday 10th March.

Beloved mother of Caroline and Louise: Mum we miss you and we are proud of you. Much loved sister, aunt, cousin and friend.

Funeral will take place Friday 5th April at 3:00pm in the Briwnant Chapel, Thornhill followed by a reception at Manor Parc Hotel, Thornhill.

She will be resting at Caerphilly Funeral Services, Parc Avenue, Caerphilly, where floral tributes may be sent.

Donations in memory of Carol may be made to Alzheimer's Society.
